It is hydrolyzed and activated by intracellular esterase after entering live cells and specifically binds calcium ions. Fluorescence signal dynamically responds to intracellular calcium concentration, suitable for live‑cell calcium flux and intracellular calcium dynamics detection. For in‑vitro research only, not for clinical diagnosis.
